I think traffic is going to get slowly worse, and into such a bad way it will force us all to do things differently. I think public transport will have to improve. And I've seen some businesses launch ion the UK where you hire a car locally for a small fee and just use it for a few hours, or a couple of days, and then drop it off locally. If you think about the cost of car ownership, as a proportion of people's income it often makes no sense financially. So maybe we'll get smarter about leasing cars, pooling cars etc. I honestly do not think building more roads is going to help. I'd also like to see more people on bikes, it just makes so much sense, apart from the danger of people in cars. But obviously if more of those people in cars were on bikes, it would be safer etc etc etc

The highways authorities must get realistic & stop holding up traffic unnecessarily just because there is a guy cutting the grass. From London to Cornwall last week on the M4 it was rediculious, abour 20miles in total, whats this costing the country? I live in France & drivers are treated as responsible & get warnings to remain vigalant if there are workers on the road.
Speed limits must be increased to allow a greater volume of traffic to flow, with everything moving at about the same speed whats the problem?

you've were given civil unrest because because the dollar loses its procuring ability your prices will go up and human beings will conflict to make ends meet. you'll try to blame all this on China yet you may might want to eat humble pie as they say. I havent considered many individuals eat humble pie. In my lifetime the U. S. has gone from being the biggest creditor usa to the biggest debtor usa. individuals no longer own united statesa. - your mark downs ratio has been negative for years - you own no longer some thing. you're owned with the aid of others. Its too early to say what the 'New united statesa.' will appear like yet Texas is booming so i ought to seem there in case you want to work out the destiny.

We are indeed very lazy - I have a car, but have started trying to use it less, take the train for longer journeys and walk more - it is quite relaxing actually. It is very worrying, I don't think we can fit too many more cars in to the country!

Road pricing (Tolls!) will be introduced at such an exorbitant rate that only the very rich will be able to afford to run a car, and in any case, Chelsea tractors will be barred, I rather fancy!
