It's not very nice, but I'll tell you anyway. It's along the lines of " you are a f*****g idiot" or something to that effect. Spanish cus words don't have a direct translation in English, one Spanish swear word can be translated to several English swear words.

Correction: "Tu eres un PINCHE pendejo" means: "You are an insignificant asshole".
Now, insignificant in this case is more vulgar than the usual sense. Pinche in this case it´s despicable.

Badly spelled Spanish vulgar slang for "you are very stupid."
Should be 'pinche,' which literally means stingy; and 'pendejo' really means "pubic hair," but you get the drift.

It sounds like Mexican slang- You are a f******* idiot. "Penchi" or "Pinche" is a word that stresses the "idiot" and makes it meaner.
