Identify who you want to target age, location, expeirence.....
Shop for places in those criteria that you can hold class at....
Negotiate pricing....per student/class vs. rent, etc.
Market your idea to those around you.
Start class.....have fun!
Find performance venues.
Make sure you have fresh ideas.....choreography, spacing, etc.

Step dance is one of the hard dance that i see before but it nice , there are many class about Step dance.

Check out a nearby university. If you are talking about what I think you are, then a lot of our fraternities step.
