A rellie of mine had scoliosis badly. She had to wear a stiff plastic wrap to move the spine slowly towards normal, often uncomfortable, sometime painful too. She persevered for a long number of months and is, because of that careful perseverance, just about corrected. It takes time and care that way. Your lordosis might be correctable that way...? Check with your GP and get a referral to your Hospital Orthopaedics people. Best wishes.

You must go to an orthopedic surgeon and have an evaluation first.
Prognosis is an individual thing and only a doctor can tell you this but for now I would try and keep your posture straight and ask the doctor what types of exercises you can do to keep your back muscles from getting wasted.
Check out the web site below. Good luck and get to a specialist right away.

Have you ever considered rolfing? Don't know what that is? It is an adjustment of the many muscles and ligaments in your body to properly align the skeletal structure. Someone who does Rolfing is called a rolfer. Treatments are usually about $100 per session and usually a person should have about 10 sessions. It can be quite painful, as the muscles need to be stretched, and put back after years of being out of place....Good luck...
