Some people are very private, and a person's sex life is definitely private. If you do not know this person very well, she may think it is rude of you to ask such a question. She may be thinking:
-it;s none of your business
-why do you want to know?
-why would you ask that?
-do you want to have sex with her?
...and a million other things, so I'd say yes, a lady has a right to be upset if you ask her that.

I think it depends on the lady. If a lady is comfortable about it, than she should not mind, but be proud to answer. If the lady is ashamed, than she might just get mad. Also, this is not the type of question you would ask on a first date or a meeting in Mcdonalds.

i should hope so. there is no cause for her to be asked that question. maybe certain circumstances would warrant such a question. but ordinarily, i would say ladies would be warranted in getting angry over this...

i dont think that they really get angry..
rather.. they try to imply that they still are virgins by expressing it that way...
when you ask the question to too many girls.. you will know which one is honestly getting angry... and who is trying to give you a false impression..
