A job that will pay for or a large trust fund that will take care of all your bills, food, transportation, clothes, utilities, etc......
First and last months rent or a large down payment for a home.
house ware's kitchen gear, bed,living room and bathroom supplies.
extra money for anything else that might come up like pizza delivery for the movers.
