he gives me a job without me asking in his comany ( i just wanted a small course)
he is very carefull
he looks at me straight in my eyes.
he enjoy showing off about his achievment with me
he dont reply to my mail ( a formal one concerning the job)
i call him but he seems to be busy but he speak well with me

i think he is just being a gentleman and doesnt want anything more then a working relationship. i would keep it on that level as well.

He seems like he is just a gentleman. He has shown kindness by giving you a job and being careful; He shows respect by looking you in the eyes and sharing his achievements with you. However, he is not preoccupied with you--he doesn't return your mail and he is seemingly busy when you call. The signals are he only wants to be a friend.
Guys who are trying to get "next" to you make it a point that they are not too busy to talk to you and often will call you first as well as definitely return your mail.

He's being a gentleman. He gave you a job because you obviously had some traits he saw as desirable in a potential employee, he's careful and looks you straight in the eye because that's how a respectful supervisor/employer treats their subordinates (I always look my subordinates in the eye while speaking to them, it allows me to read their reactions to my words while showing them I am listening to what they have to say). Everyone likes showing off their acheivements, and as far as the mail and the phone calls, he is running a company, he's probably very busy.
He probably likes you as an employee, but I wouldn't take these signs as any indication of romantic interest.

He is sometimes hot, sometimes cold... it is hard to say and he might be confused on how he feels about you. Now it is time to ask yourself how you feel about him and then take the action if you feel that he is THE guy... but if you dont mind him just being a friend or a gentleman, then just wait for him to straighten his own things out. BUT if you just let him be, he may not get back to you yes?

Above all be careful!!!! Since he does not want a relationship with u maybe he has another woman now, n' keeping u on hold ,or maybe u r good at ur job n' he is showin' his appreciation!! Remember that u don't own him anything since he chose u 4 ur qualifications!

I think he's probably just being a kind person. After you work with him a little longer, you may be able to pick up on other signs if he really is interested.

i dont c any signs of him liking u.sounds like this is all professional and u need to just chill.dont mix pleasure with the job till u know he likes u.i wont call him gentleman but hes someone who dedicated bout the job.

He sounds like a genuine person who is willing to put others before himself. Not many people like that about value is friendship you never know one day it might lead to more.

Both...but he cant act on his feelings, obviously...if u like him, then u have to make an OBVIOUS first move to let him know that its cool to move on with that side of it.If u don't like him then continue on doing what ur doing
