my brother, is not good in studies, he passed 10th class in 3 attempts and intermediate also in 3 attempts with civics economics and commerce as the subjects. he is 23 years old now
he want to do bachlor abroad, he tried for ireland but it was rejected, now he is trying for australia. he got 5.5 bands in EILTS. we dont have enough money also. can any body suggest any way to get loan.my parents are worried.

Better start looking for a job for now. Studying in Australia will cost lots and lots of money. I am not sure about the scholarship but even they have scholarship they will give it to students with good grades who are in need of financial help. I am afraid your brother will hardly qualify. Sorry!

you have defined that your brother isn't involved in learn so is there any gurantee that your brother will study nicely in australia. in case you deliver your brother to australia and Godforbid he does'nt study and get invovle in different issues then your mothers and fathers money would be waisted.

try to got to FAFSA and get finacial aid. i think its a good idea. he should go for it.
