Would you call the cops, or would you try to first find out if a friend or family member was secretly video taping you?

I would try to find out who it is but be very careful what I do inside my bedroom. That's just me though, I can never sleep soundly knowing that someone was able to set up a videocam in my own bedroom without me knowing about it.

Call the cops! If it is a family member or a friend doing it then that's real creepy and they need to know that kind of behaviour is unacceptable. A stay in jail might do the trick.

A video camera was found behind the mirror in the bathroom at my old job (a major casino). They managed to pay off the right people and it never even made it into the papers.

Before calling the cops, I would surely try to find out who is behind all that. But if am not being able to find out, i'll then change my bedroom!

I'd hope I have the presence of mind to calmly go out and call the cops from an outside pay phone ASAP. Then have the cops come in and trace where it's coming from and then have the perv go to jail.

I'd probably first try to find out who put it there. If I didn't find out I would call the police. If I found out who it was on my own it would depend on who it was and why they did it whether I'd call the police or not. Although there is no valid reason to do such a thing. That's an extreme violation of privacy.

I would stay a little out of range to tease and I would install a camera on the other side of the room aimed at the camera that you found. GOTCHA!

Find out who has access to my room and narrow down the suspects. Then I will video tape them as well and show to them so they know how it feels like.
