your cable and satelite channels have some great cooking shows. Also some of Martha Steward's shows can give you a good input.
Most of your products like instand potatoes, Gordon's fish products, have the directions for cooking them.(I want my eggs sunny side up(means with the whites cooked but the york not fully done),

A "cooking made easy" book might be the answer: one with recipes that have just a few ingredients and simple instructions that can be followed strp-by-step. As you learn and get better you can progress into more challenging dishes

Try kraftfoods.com Lots of good recipes there that are sweet and simple. Just take your time with cooking and it takes patience. :)

why not look up some free reciepe ebooks from google. I found some great easy reciepes on there before.
