Usually I will just have tuna fish salad with unsalted saltines or wheat bread. The calorie count is not too high and it will quell hunger for a while.

i think 130lbs for 6'2 is a bit underweight actually..im not sure though but i think it is..
anyways as far as snacks go it depends on what you do , as in how much exercise etc....if you are the kind who works out then probably some cereal or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich , something starchy , leftover mashed potatoes even will be good. if you dont work out though then you might want to consider some carrots or celery with ranch dressing or celery with peanut butter....maybe some kind of fruit that you like , a banana , apple , kiwi , etc. , there are many things you can have as long as it doesnt have too many carbs or is high in saturated fat. hope this helps

Fruits and vegetables are your best throw. With fruits you can have it raw or in a festive fruit salad topped with walnuts and light yogurt, and that is a totally fat-free snack. With vegetables you could have them boiled or cut, like cut tomatoes with a dash of salt; or sliced cucumbers with a hint of lemon.

If you're into dairy, low-fat or fat free yogurts are also really good; it's not only nutritious, but good too. You could sprinkle blueberries or raspberries with granola for a sweet brew.

What I prefer are the Nabisco 100 Calorie packs. They taste exactly like the real Oreos and Wheat Thins, but more than half the fat and calories.
