Take her to the vet, even though she doesn't appear injured on the outside, she could have taken a knock to the head or her stomach. She could be in shock but it's something that a vet should diagnose, don't try to force feed her in case there is internal injury, it could kill her.
If a cat goes too long without food, they develop hepatic lipidosis which involves the liver and can be fatal.
Never take a chance when it comes to your pet's health.

She is just in shock. You say she didn't sustain any injuries from the dog attack, so as long as you are sure of that it must be mental.
She needs time and comforting. She needs to be kept warm.... so bring the heater out for her to lay next to. That's the cure for shock.... nothing special. Only offer her, her regular food. If she hasn't eaten in 24hrs then try giving her something she would never pass up..... raw chicken maybe?
Just imagine you were attacked by a family of bears.... but you only just managed to get away because you are more agile then them. Not a good feeling. She just needs a little time.

Did u take her to the vet? Just because you see no bites doesn't mean your kitty isn't hurt internally or in shock.. shock alone can kill and animal or a person.
I dont know what to do for shock in animals, just people and I am sure it is different (raise feet cover with blanket)..
I know everyone says this, but you really should have the vet look at her, maybe do an x-ray.. Good luck, wand watch her close.

Even though she was not bitten by the dogs, she may still be hurt. Take her to the vet and have her checked out. I hope everything is okay.

Buy a dropper and fill it with Tuna fish broth and place it in her mouth and see if she'll eat it. That might get her appetite back and allow her to eat again.

you probably should take her to the vet to rule out any internal injuries.
