in a cheesecake the creamy top bit is a cream cheese paste added with flavour of the cheese cake for example raspberry cheesecake.
Biscuit base+creamy cheese paste+raspberry flavour
There is no cheese flavour as we stop before it gets to this process.

What planet do you live on? On mine cheese cake is made with lots of cream cheese, and is a sweet desert, hence the name 'cheesecake'. What do you put in your cheesecake?
