Do you believe Death waits for us, by default, simply because we are born into life?
I believe (and this is only my humble opinion, I am open to all others) that life is the process by means of which death challenges us. Death is the active force. Life is the arena. And in that arena there are only two contenders at any time: oneself and death. We are passive. Think about it. Death sets the pace for our actions and feelings and pushes us relentlessly until it breaks us and wins the bout. OR, we rise about all possibilities and defeat death by becoming accepting of our fates, not fearing it, having death acknowlege this defeat, and therein letting us go free, never to be challenged again.
I would really love to hear other's takes on this situation, perhaps being a touchy one, but remember, don't fear it! (j/k)
Thankyou all, for your input!

l agree. Death is our only wearthy oponent we've got. We can fight it of and sence it if we are quick enough, but in the end it will take us and that we should fear death, it is a natural thing. When we are born into this world we have an agreement with death that he shall take us when the time comes. we can learn from death too.

Your first sentence seems to be true for the simple reason that every person I know to be dead was born once - except for the ones who were born dead. From this we easily draw the consequence that this is what is awaiting us. Let's discuss the truthfulness of this statement on August 10th 2106.
About the rest of your theory: I think it's a question of belief. If you choose to believe that death is the ultimate force that leads our life it's certainly going to be true for your life. I think that death is a final exam after our lives when we have to give an account on how we mastered all the things that were put in front of us to learn, and what we did for the world in change of life and education. But it's not only the final exam of a school that counts, is it?
I think 'memento mori' (remember death) is a good slogan, but to an extent of always living a quality life, and not to do things we would deny on our deathbed. I personally believe in life being the greatest gift given to us by God, worth taking care of and not wasting it, and death being a part of it by nature, but only a part.

Death is the only assuarty we get in life when we are born ! Not the wealth we posses or the sufferings or the fun times we have encounter in our lives. Money can come today and go tomorrow - But death - is coming for sure - only the day is unknown !

Draw a rectangle and then draw one line which connect diagnolly two opposite corners. Now if you see at the start one part is little and the other is more. When we are born, we have the more [life] and time progress life comes down which means death.
Life is a geometry in the hands of GOD.

Death is a part of life. Without death what would life be? Is there life without death?

We cannot defeat death. It will come when it is SUPPOSED to come. If we don't die it's not our "time". Christ defeated death. He was the only one who could, being God and all powerful. Through him and in him we can have Eternal Life.

Once you are born you start dying, It is the only thing in this life that you actually have to do. I am one of those who believes in procrastination on this act.

Noone is immortal, so the answer is YES. Dying is a part of life, and it is the 3rd stage of life; being born, living, then dying.
