Nope. Juz tequila and orange juice. BUT IT HAS TO BE COLD!!!
Take a high ball glass. Put 1 oz (or 2 oz) tequila. Fill in with orange juice. And you are ready to paaarrrtyyy! Cheers!! ;-)

PS. You also can put some ice cubes in. But I prefer without ice, because ice will distract the flavor.

If you want to add sugar syrup (grenadine) for the different sunset colors, you can. It's optional.
Make sure you can taste the tequila though!
