If she makes you happy, and feel good about yourself and she understands you - is there any other criteria of having a terrific relationship? I say male or female, you have to be happy. build that relationship.

sounds like she after the rebound, to be the first after the break up, if you want go out with her, just tell her that you not ready to get into another relationship yet, but that you will go out with her but not get serious, if she want to get serious with you then she will have to wait, she how she reacts to that, if she says she wants to wait just she wants to get serious with you, then at least you will know how much she cares for you, and isn't just after the sexual part..
