Normal aerosols like Hairspray and deoderant should be fine, but as the list changes after the London incident its best to check the TSA website daily. The pressurization has nothing to do with it, however they can leak in your bags so put them in ziploc bags. Check before you fly, as of right now they should be fine for checked luggage, but the list is changing constantly now.

I believe they can go in your suitcase (the one you check in) but not your hand luggage at the moment!
Today you can only take passport, wallet, necessary medication and sanitary protection (for women) all in a clear bag. I'd love the world to see what sanitary protection I use! You can take on necessary items for child care too and any baby food/drink must be tasted by the parent.
I wander if you can take anything you buy in the Duty Free? If not I bet they're happy today!
Try the link below or phone the airline for more information.
Have a good holiday!

Answer: Check the TSA bulletin Board on the Internet for the latest list of illegal items to carry on your flight. In general, if you wish to fly with the least hastle, carry the least amount of things of any type that you can, and do not wear or carry any metal or sharp objects. Be prepared to throw away anything you carry with you if so instructed by security. Purchase the discarded items at your destination after arrival.

Shouldn't be a problem, the holds on aircraft are preasurised to 1 atmosphere (same as sea level). This is beacuse they were sick of repairing after the deodrants exploded at low preasure, it also allows them to put more interesting things in there, we had 2 cats from Newcastle to Heathrow last week

I don't think you can - as the hold is pressurised and they may explode. See also what happened at Heathrow this am - or is that why you are asking?
Best contact your airline - they may have FAQs on their webpage to help.
