There is not enough information provided to be able to answer this question properly.

In my home, the rule was once you graduate from high school you had three months to decide what was next...a job, college, or the military. At the end of three months, you were expected to move out and begin your adult life on your own. All five of my children handled this well and none returned home as adults expecting me to support them.

I will help in cases of emergency, but that hasn't happened yet. My youngest is 38 and the oldest 45. There are five of them.

Supporting your family is not like a job that you can quit... It's an obligation, a responsibility... in other words its never ending... But when it comes to a time when you feel they don't need your support anymore or you basically can't do it anymore, its time to let go....

Its never does. But that does not mean that you should not groom others from shouldering responsibilities and taking ownership. Once your siblings mature into responsible huma beings, they will also share your burden and it will always be fun being together......
