3.5 - 4 hour drive. 4-5 hour bus ride. Chinatown bus is only $20 round trip.
A train I think it takes about 3.5 hours... and it's more around $75. By plane it's only 40 minutes in flight... but you have to deal with getting to and from the airports and all of the time check-in takes and so forth.

About 200 miles (about 325 km). You can fly in an hour, take a train or drive in about 4 hours.
