blow dry it with a brush and diffuser, use a straightening iron on it, there are also shampoos that (supposedly) straighten the hair

what you do is you put some product that helps keep the heat in. blow dry it straight. put a little hair spray on your hands and comb it trought with your fingers. if that doesnt work i REALLY recommend usings a flat iron.

use more conditioner (i find vs sasoon reli good) n keep it ther for a while be4 u wash it off then blow dry it wif a brush use sum hairspray to keep ur hair stay still

go to salon and get it professionaly straightened it lasts like 6 months if u go to philipines u can get it done for like $6 lol if u ever go thier
