2 cans tuna, squeeze and drain well. Hard boil 2 or 3 eggs, peel and dice and add to tuna in a med bowl, add 2 Tabls. of pickle relish- I use dill relish but some like sweet (like you use on hot dogs), 3 Tabls. of mayonasie, salt and perpper to taste, and mix well. If it is dry add a little more mayo. You can also add either chopped apple, celery, sunflower kernels, carrots, or you fav ingred.Serve on bread with lettuce and tomatoe.I like to have baby carrots instead of chips or crackers. You can also serve it on a bed of lettuce for a salad. Or rmove the center of a tomatoe and fill it with the tuna mixure. Instead of pickle relish chop a med dill, sour, or sweet pickle and add a little chopped onion (or onion flakes or powder but be careful not to use too much of the dried onion because it is stronger. )

For a tuna filling, usually I use drained tuna flakes or chunky tuna. Then I add minced onions, salt, pepper and some lemon or 'calamansi' - (philippine lemon). A tablespoon of light mayo. And depending on my mood, sometimes I put in lots of mayo, sometimes just a teaspoon.
For variation i add crushed pineapple or pickle relish. For more tang, some frenchies mustard or hot sauce.
The bread you use also makes a difference. A nice hamburger bun with lettuce or romaine placed between the bread and the tuna filling will do.
Sometimes ciabatta bread is good with the tuna filling plus a slice of cheese and some cashew nuts or sliced almond slivers.
Foccacia bread also gives a different experience to tuna filling. Fresh dill and tomatoes to make it healthier.
Feeling fancy? Use a fresh croissant with cream cheese, mozzarella and brie cheese slices and tuna chunks.
When I want to just be some cowboy, tuna flakes on a bed of lettuce with a sunny side up egg, add a dash of tabasco or worcestershire sauce.
The things one can do to a tuna sandwiich are endless.
HHmmm...i feel like trying out spinach and tuna flakes now. Maybe with white cheese on a bagel?!

Open a can of tuna. Drain the liquid and pour content (tuna ) into a bowl. Add mayonaise into the bowl and mix it wiht the tuna, according to taste.
To serve, just put tuna on bread, sprinkle some pepper if you want it hot. Put some lettuce and tomato in the sandwich.
Enjoy.

best to use tuna canned in vegetable oil (tastes much better than in brine or spring water) but make sure you drain the oil off first. then mash it up til it's really fine and mix in a good dollop of mayonnaise and a bit of black pepper. the best bit though is to use a cheese topped soft white roll, lightly buttered. then add generous amount of the tuna and cut in half - delicious!

take one can of tuna, starkist is reccomended, but any major tuna dish works. Add eggs(cooked), mayo, and some people add chopped or diced pickle, but thats optional. Mix well, and spread on toast for best results.
