Yes you can freeze eggs. When I raised my kids I did the same thing, breakfast burritos, sausage and egg biscuits, pancakes,I even did french toast sticks. But always had freezer full.and you know they are gonna have a decent breakfast, even though you got to go to work.
I also did meals and froze them.Id spend sunday cooking stuff
and freeze it . you
have more time for them and yourself through the week when you all come home for the day from school and work.

Not really, companies package the eggs, cheese, and burrito in a freeze-wrap container.
This is what i'd reccomend...make them up like normal, wrap securely in a ziplock freezer bag, tight, then, you microwave for anywhere from 30sec-2 minutes....depending on the heat.
Eggs will be fine, some people remove it from the plastic, and wrap in a paper towel, but that tends to leave you picking the paper off the burrito shell.
Good luck, you have excellent taste in breakfast dishes!

Not impossible, just difficult because if you made them a nice soft texture you would normally want an egg to be, by the time you thaw it, it'll be all watery. Try to make the eggs a little more firm that you normally would to allow for water with the defrosting. It'll fluff up again in the microwave anyhow.

No problem, just make the burritos up, let them cool down and then package in freezer bags and put them in the quick freeze section of your freezer. The night before you want to use them get them out and let them defrost first. Then you can just warm them up in the morning and they will cook through evenly and not be as watery as straight from the freezer - give it a try!

Yes, just make them all up completely like normal then put in freezer. Then all you have to do is cover it in parchment paper and pop in the microwave, YUMMY!!! If you do not have time places like Sams and Costco have big boxes of them in the frozen department.
