How do I grow 4 inches taller in a year? Is it possible?

Im a 16 years old girl and my current height is 5''3. I want to be 4 inches more taller in a year or maybe in a year plus.What should I do? and what kind of food should I take?

More than likely if you are sixteen you have stopped growing. It isn't possible for you to grow four more inches without getting injections or having very painful surgery done. You can ask your doctor about the growth injections, but he more than likely won't prescribe them because you are about average height. They are usually only given to people well under average height. Keep eating a balanced diet and get plenty of calcium, maybe you'll get lucky and gain another inch. Good luck!

all likelyhood says that you wont. Girls are usually done growing by your age.

but you should be happy with 5'3. Most guys like shorter girls.
