It is probably something to do with heat and humidity or allergies. Talk to your doc but I am sure it is nothing to worry about. Climate and allergens are usually the culprit with bloody noses or dryness in the sinuses...also if she picks her nose she could just be hitting a sensitive spot.

My oldest son does the same thing but found out the problem. It dry in the nose where the blood vessels is. At night before he goes to bed put vaseline in his nose all over that helps my son and he doesn't have nose bleeds or a nose spray for dryness would help has well.

I doubt it's cancer, it's probably more like someone is picking their nose a little too much. Could be allergies. Take the child back to her regular doctor and explain the nosebleeds and ask to check for allergies.

i dont think it would be "nose cancer". ive never heard of that. i have bloody noses a lot (especially with heat or if i eat lots of sugar or something that makes my blood thick). try drinking more water and see a doctor because that could be something past the nose. get more than one doctors opinion too because just one could be wrong

Could be allergies. Ask your doctor about getting your child tested for them.
Or maybe the air is too dry in your house. Try using a humidifier.

I was the same way when i was young.
I grew out of it.
Its not cancer.
Dont take her to the doctors unless she loses too much blood and becomes faint or starts to throw up blood. (serious cases)
Just take care of her, it will stop.
