you should try to understand right now that she needs to resolve her own problem, what you can do is try to make it lighter for her.
she told you no to call her because she's maybe upset right now or maybe she is just not in the mood. be patient, she would be fine and will come back to you, send her some messages sometimes (on her mail, her cellphone...) just to let her know you think about her and you're being suppotive...

Sounds like maybe she is telling you that she is having family issues and they maybe with you. So leave her alone and get on with your life, get another girl.
