Chocolate syrup, layer of chocolate ice cream, topped by hot fudge, sprayed with chocolate whipped cream. I would add a chocolate covered cherry, but I've gotten too old to be eating cherries.

I love cheesecake with warm caramel sauce drizzled over it from where else but...The Cheesecake Factory! I had this on my birthday once, it was way delish *stomach grumble*! =)
