http://bravenet.com its fast easy and it has lots of free extras. it's completely dummy proof. it will publish it and all that cool krap. but the downside is that it isn't accessable through yahoo search bar only by address search bar or link.heres a example of what one looks like. i made it about 4 months go. later dude

The only one which I know is Yahoo provide who gives it free.The others I do not know but you can pay it if you have a good sponsors for your activities especially social affairs.
