Can we add Indian spices?

yeah you can use some indian spices because some of the indian spices are the same used in southern provinces of china. if you want more of a northern china feel get different spices. I love leeks, bak tso (cannot spell) and you really need to go an asian store. some of the spices are really hard to find. You can use whatever you want because most chinese noodles you eat in america use american spices and not true chinese spices.

Sure you could. But then it wouldn't be Chinese, would it?
Add some curry powder to the noodles and call it Singapore noodles.
Had that in Hong Kong. But you can't find that in Singapore.

you like chinese food? i have a tip for you. you don't need indian spices to make your chinese noodles taste like and smells like chinese food. you can use sesame oil instead of using regular cooking oil. i always add this to my asian food recipe. try it!!! sesame oil is also good for stir fry veggies.

doesnt really matter. if u want to put like a little hot spices in there u could just and then u could like meat, food, and stuff.
