my ex girlfriend stepped all over my heart and hurt me real bad, it made me hate her and after about 2 years i think i finally got over her well i started to hang around alot of people thats more nice and attractive than she is and enjoys it but when she said that she liked a guy from her class i still get real jealous and goes into depresssion even though i have alot more other people thats better than her...i would like to know if this is irrational or that i am still in love with her but i just dont know or is scared to admit it...should i tell her how i really feel and give her another chance or just focus ahead and move on and hope that eventually this pain and jealousy will go away...

You may still have some feelings for her and deep down still feel a little hurt. But do your best to try to let it go in one ear and out the other. You said you been apart for 2 years. Why would you even want to go back with her. You have come this far in forgetting her. Why start over again to get hurt again. In time you will completely get over her. Stay distant from her and if people start to gossip about her tell them you don't want to hear about her. Stay with the good crowd you hang with now. Believe me you will get over her. You night even find a special girl that will capture you heart. Best of luck and hang in there!

Jealousy is a human trait we cant get rid of. It is natural to feel this way. If you didn't that might be something to get worried about. Losing someone you care about will always bring out strong emotions. So don't feel to bad about it. Time heals all wounds but it doesn't make them go away.

it sounds as though deep down you still have feelings for this girl. i believe this is a rational feeling and it takes time to heal. it's more of a trust issue that has been broken and that is something that is really hard to get back. if you feel you can do better. thats what i would do but remember not to make other people pay for her mistakes.

I think you should date around before going into a committed relationships. Heartbreak is oh so hard to get over, and jealousy in a relationship can turn it sour. Good Luck.

Love is crazy man...as I'm sure you can agree. Its crazy how this works...but inside we want all of our ex's to be miserable...we want them to have fallen apart after we left their lives and even better suicidal because they can't have us...and to see her go into a relationship is supposed to hurt...its totally 100% natural...you know you can do better and thats what you need to tell yourself...just try not to think about it too much...

Well it's obvious that you still feel something for her, but you have to try to forget her, and try not to be around her , just enjoy your new friends and go out a lot more .
