I'm a 20 year old guy tryin to put on some weight . I sat around and seen all my friends either put on weight or laugh around how they want to lose weight . But I have a problem . All my sibblings and stuff are all gettin older and taller and bigger and I was just wondering maybe there is some kind of program I could follow or maybe meals a day or something . I know there some kinda answer out there . Everyday I wake up and look at my wrist and boy................is it skinny . I have rubberbands for my hair ......and no matter how it goes on my wrist , it hangs and I dont mean in a good way , when everyone else has it on it sticks , not for me. Please there has to be a way for me to put on weight . It seems everywhere I go on the net , it asks for money , I'll pay if it's really my last resort . I have never been to the Gym to Work out , I dont go swimming cause I'm skinny . I dont do nothing really because I'm skinny , I believe if I had a little body , I would be out there .

wow, u wanna gain weight and i wanna lose hehe anyway..... My best friend had the same problem, she was veryyyyyyy skinny, she tried all kinds of vitamins, nothing worked.. she kept on losing weight instead..... she was 19 by then...... shes 21 now..... she has gained weight all by herself.... she didnt have to eat specific meals, i just think it comes with time..... nyway.. eat 5 times a day.. eats lots of carbs.. eat at nite b4 u go to bed....... dont eat junk its still not good 4 u...... but have some vitamins.... eat a lot.. see ur doctor she should tell u wat exactly ur body needs.......

Hi there, you don't need to put on weight, who's going to care if you are or aren't skinny or big? You could try going to the gym and lifting a few (of the right weight) weights. It might build up your muscles. I don't get what your saying about the rubberbands on your wrist? I think it's just silly. In my opinion it doesn't matter what you look like, just as long as you have friends that don't care! Good luck!

i used to have this problem... but my wrist is still very small.. that cant be helped. My partner also used to be quite scrawny and small but he's filled out nicely. We went on a protein program. We ate lots of chicken .... had lots of carbs and iron as well. the best way to gain weight is eating healthy food ... that way ur gaining healthy weight. I suggest if u eat more protein its easier to work off and bulk up instead of getting fat. There are also some protein boosters at the health food storeswhich u can make into smoothies and just drink them or have it with cereal. This has worked wonders for us and hopefully for you too. working out is a great way because the more excercise you do, the more you will eat.

But put on good weight: Muscle. Dont just start eating peanut butter to gain weight because you dotn like being thin. Youll regret it once youre fat and cant lose the weight.

People gain weight when they consume more calories than they burn in a day.

The best way to put on weight is to consume more calories than you already do. But make sure your diet is still healthy and balanced. Don't just eat pizza, fast food, and ice cream. But increase the amount that you eat.

It may seem like working out is a bad idea because you burn calories, but working out helps you gain muscle, which may give you more shape.

Don't let your shape keep you from doing the activities you love. Learn to love yourself just the way your are.

Well I can start by telling you to eat starchy foods such as potatoes , ice cream etc. But you should be happy with the body you have right now . because guess what when your friends are in their 30's and have had some kids and have the middle age spread you will have picked up some weight and have a body to die for . They will envy you because you aren't overweight like they are.

I wish I had that same problem, I'd spend all day eating at McDonalds, dude just go on a fast good binge, it's that simple. If youre afraid of the cholesterol there's tons of stuff you can just eat eat eat eat. Go to the supermarket and find dairy/meat products you love and buy em in bulk! Eat up, enjoy the sense nature gave you, taste!

Increase your calorie intake with foods like bread & pasta. normal ppl eat 2000 calories a day slowly increase yours to 2500 then 3000-tops. You should start to notice something!! ****, if I eat 3 slices of pizza I have to go in the door sideways (j/k lol but it sure does seem like it!)

you should go to the gym to work out. you can take on weight by muscle mass or fat. depends what you want to look like.
