sometimes in the late evening like now, im hungry. what could I have that won't cost me points?

Most fruit and vegetables are point free on the weight watchers diet. keep plenty of those in so you can munch away.

some fruits can be quite a few points but almost all crunchy veggies are zeros! there are also alot of the WW 1 point snacks out there like the cupcakes and muffins in the bakery section. Popcorn is a cool one too. Thats what I use.

1 tablespoon of cool whip and one of the cups of sugar/fat free jello is 0 points.

Crackers (low fat, saltine). Low fat yogurt. Or just consider eating your dinner later at night.
