For "good night", the two most common phrases are:
Welteruste (Literally = Well To Rest)
Slaap Lekker (Literally = Sleep Tastily (Don't ask, it's a Dutch thing))
And for My Love, the most common phrases are:
Schatje (literally = Little Treasure). This is by far the most common phrase and is roughly equivalent to Dear in English.
Mijn lief (literally = My Dear). According to Onno this is correct, but would sound quite posh.
Note:
Goedenacht (literally = Good Night) would never be said by a Dutch person
Mijn Liefde (literally = My Love), is NOT equivalent to My Love in English, the meaning is much closer to "The love which I feel"
Edit: I'm afraid I can't really explain how to prnounce these things, since most of them use sounds that we don't have in English. But I can have a go:
Welteruste = Well-Tuh-Rust-Uh (Make sure all the U sounds are very short)
Slaap Lekker = Pretty much sounds like it's spelt
Schatje = sCHa-chuh, where CH is a sort of light rasping sound made at the back of the throat.
Mijn Lief = Mine Leaf

German was my major and I studied in Germany for two year... When I hear Dutch, it's frustrating at first because it feels like it's German and I should understand, but I don't actually understand most of anything. An odd feeling, a bit hard to explain :P Once I realize it's Dutch, I feel better, but I still don't understand much of it. Reading it is another story though. I can make sense of written Dutch, but not enough to pick up a novel and read it effortlessly. I've heard that Dutch is basically a dialect of "low" German, and I've heard some North (-western) Germans speaking, and it does sound like Dutch. I'm not sure if they understand each other (never got to ask), but I'm willing to bet they do, at least better than Southern Germans. I lived in a Southern part of Germany (Baden-Würtemberg); local speakers sound much different than in the North :P
