Yeah it is dumb but considered to be Hep!!!! But the more i think of it, the more i realise that there is not much difference between being dumb and being Hep!!!

I think so. So do many other people. There has been an increase of consumers asking for more basic devices. A cell phone that is a phone, not a camera and PDA and Ipod. The companies that sell these devices are concerned because a lot of their profits depend on selling these extras. It's not just the increased cost of the phone, but the increased usage and air time that boosts their profits.

I think it is, but they have to create something that a lot of people will like and will sell well. If they gave me options with a lower cost for not having those features I'd sure take it, but usually it's a package so you're stuck with all that junk.

If the device has what you want and is best value, then it doesn't matter if it has extra functions. Also, if you play around with some functions you might end up enjoying them.

it really is. i used to be into all that crap but after a while i realized i rarely used it. i decided to stop wasting money and stick to basic gadgets ...you know - the ones that simply call and receive.
