I'm having some SERIOUS issue with my lower stomach area, like right below my belly button, and everyone says its almost impossible to get rid of. Its making me feel so self concious that i avoid even going outside cuz i feel like people are staring at it. Is there any way i can lose the tummy? i don't care how long it takes i just want it gone!!!!!!!!!!! :( :(

You may already have done too many lower abdominal exercises if you have a bulge in your lower abdomen but you are trim everywhere else. Be sure whenever you are exercising that you are holding your tummy flat and not just firm--there is a difference.

I am sure that not everybody is staring at your tummy. If you keep up the exercising and maybe incorperating some sit-ups into your routine, you will lose that tummy eventually. Maybe your body is clutching onto that fat because you don't acutally need to lose it. Just a thought...=)
