Leg Lifts, Squats, Running/Walking, You can also attempt a little bit more extreme by doing some of the Tae Bo exercises and Yoga. Theres many things that involve buttocks work out in both.

the eliptical machine for cardio is great. A great exercise that you can do at home is to lay on the floor in front of a chair. Put one foot (between the toes and heel) on the edge of the chair. Keep your other leg hanging beside it. Push with your butt straight up as high as you can. Then lower. Do 2 sets of 15-20. Lounges are also great. Regular walking lounges as well as reverse lunges.

I worked in a print shop once with a guy and a cute girl we all did printing of seat work papers for all the city schools and yes we were busy LOL
but the woman printing press operator she was into looks and she said to me that to tone her but up and make it tighter she would sit her the floor legs crossed and she would walk around the room on her buns and after a coupole of weeks she could see results maybe a little sore buns LOL but it worked think about it you use it so why not tone it then.

I'm no longer certain what they're known as. Maybe Reverse Crunches? Not certain. But I do understand how to do them. Okay so that you lay on ur again. get a kitchen chair,hands on the back but only for balance(no pushing or pulling.)squat down making sure the knees don't go over the toes(squat like your going to sit in a imaginary chair) do 4 sets of 10reps
