Do you realize you have a guardian angel
if you could see how your angel is suffering over you
it would surly shock you
For your angel is in constant benediction for you
meaning in deep prayer for the salvation of your soul
If your angel were made visible to you

If you want to start with the Bible. . . I'd read the gospels. It helps to be familiar with Jesus' personality. There's also a book called Every Young Man's Battle. There's one called Every Young Woman's Battle too. It might help if you understand the struggles girls face too.

If you watch PORN you go against the commandment of Adultery and will go to Hell. If you're tempted to watch PORN, gouge your eyes out. If you have to masturbate cut your hand off.
Those verses should help put it in perspective.

1) Get away from your computer.
2) One verse won't do it. Constant reading will.
3) Read the new testament, it will get to you better than many of the old laws of the old testament.
4) It's all about constant reading.
5) Chances are, you think about it, have feelings of lust during the day. Ask for help from God and commit to making the change.
6) Ask for help from other people, and ask them to hold you accountable.
7) Don't get on the computer when you are alone or when it's late. This is when you are succeptable.
8) Read every day. You have to change you mindset. A change in mindset is a change in action.
I had a problem. I overcame it. I told my wife. I worked hard to change my mind and my desires, and I sought help from others and from God. It takes constant work. I read a verse once that said this "And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them." I knew I wasn't in it alone, but I had to work hard, humble myself and have faith in God to take a weakness and help me to become strong against it.
You can do it.

Don't take this literally, as the idea is to show the seriousness of sin, such as lust. Its a serious thing.
