I was the same as you I wet the bed up till I was 13 then I stopped all of a sudden, you may have to look at what might be causing you to wet the bed has medical reasons been ruled out? I underwent many test when I was younger to determine what was wrong turned out to be nerves, unfortunalty I cant tell you what can stop it but I wish you luck.

Try a few things that may help but you may require a doctor to help you.
1. Avoid drinking anything 1 - 2 hrs before bedtime.
2. Always visit the bathroom before sleeping.
3. When passing urine do this exercise - keep starting and stopping your urine. It might be difficult in the beginning but these exercises help strengthen the muscles around your bladder. You should practice them daily and every time you visit the bathroom.

These things might help improve your situation. But if things don't improve you SHOULD visit your doctor in order to reach the root cause of your problems.

Bedwetting has got 2 major reasons. 1 is psycological and the other one is physiological. Yes there are cures for both causes. In your case, I can suggest a cure for your physiological problems that has cured so many other ppl I know, but IF i would discuss it here, you might think it embarrasing. Contact me at rjmughal@yahoo.com, and I'll try my best to help you out.

Try not to stress about the situation. I know that this sounds like an impossible suggestion, but it will help. One of these days you will begin waking up "dry" without fully knowing why. These kinds of challenges can be conquered by deepening your level of self-acceptance.

In practical measures, avoid soft drinks and coffee. Sodas and coffee contain caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic. Diuretics cause increased urine output.

Good luck!!

If you have dreams that you're in a restroom and on the towlet. Always scratch or pitch yourself. It it hurts then you're awake... if you don't feel anything then wake up and go to the potty.
