I only saw them for a few seconds.. but as best i can recall they are ported.. i want to know what this called.. the pro's and con's and if 200$ is a good deal.. i am buying this off my boss..

this is probably an isoberic box. both speakers face each other which causes more air pressure in a smaller area. i have noticed that they seem to create cleaner, more consistant bass tones. if it is and the wattage is greater than 250 than it sounds like a good deal depending on the age of the box and speakers. sometimes you can find good deals on new equipment like that

They are good subs no doubt. But If you do buy them I would recommend putting them in a new "enclosure". The subs are great. But You can find alot better deal out there for 200 dollars. I would say pass on them too much work and effort for only 2 subs. Go to best buy they will hook you up.

Dub 3's are very nice. Two ten's will sound nice in your car, just make sure the subs are sounding good, make sure no thumping, clammering, and make sure they're in good condition. I have 2 12' dub 3's. 200 is a great deal! Hope you enjoy getting looks as much as i do..~
