What do you do? Do you immediately say something out loud? If you do, what? Make eeew! noises? Leave? Complain? Peer under the stalls for the feet of the person who did it? Keep silent? Turn around and prop open the door?

Take care of your business
as quickly as you can, and
leave. You should not make
fun of or rude comments.
It's life, and it doesn't always
smell like roses.

Be well!

Believe it or not we all smell, obviously some more than others. Even you do ...sorry but true. To what degree I cant say. Pinning the smell on someone is even harder as it will linger unless the facility has extremely good ventilation, which therefore gives us all a break as there shouldn't be any smell.
If it too much to bare i suggest finding another facility. Saying yelling or remarking will probably only be looked on as a little immature. Grin and bare it good buddy, your part of the problem.

eweee. I just run to a stall and hold my nose... Do my duty, then wash up and leave really fast. If it is really bad, then I pretend to look at myself in the mirror, if someone is watch me when I enter the r/r. Then I politely make a quick exit.

If I'm by myself and I enter a bathroom, I'll probably just wrinkle up my nose, murmer something like "shewww," and turn around and walk out. If I'm with a friend though (ya know how women go to the bathroom in pairs), I'll probably say something.....I wouldn't make a big scene....I'd just be like "Dam. Wooo. Somebody feels better." I'll hold my breathe in emergencies. lol

Grin and bear it. Well not even grin. It has happened a few times where I was the one at fault. It happens. If you have to drop a bomb and you are away from home, where else do you do such a thing. However I am courteous enough to do a "courtesy flush."

If I can still reach the comfort of my own home without going to a public restroom, I usually do. Then I don`t have to experience or expect these icky situations!

I would think the appropriate response would be to turn around and exit the bathroom. If you need to use the bathroom, then do so, and just exit. There is no need making a big scene over it.

I will not use a bathroom that is dirty in public. I would immediatly go and say something to some one if it isn't cleaned I make phone calls.
