i am doing masters in physical education, and i want to submitt a theses and my subject is Physical Fitness through Boxing.

So I want vast information on the same subject. which is helpfull for my theses. So please do the needful.

btw is thesis lol and think about it, its not that hard. boxing obviously helps your cardio because your constantly moving your feet and your using your legs and arms and core. It helps strength when you train. etc once you get going thinking about it youll get a lot of ideas i bet

The actual exercises for professional boxers such as weight training and all areas of cardiovascular exercises allows boxers to the top physical specimen to take a fight and its effects.

Boxing does not help physical fitness but the exercise does.

boxers run at least 5 miles every day, jump rope, spar, shadow box, speed bag, do all of their "ups" (sit ups, chin ups, push ups), their diet is perfect. They are training everyday for 10 hours for 10 weeks - not only to they train to throw punches but they train to not get hit by their opponent - they are by far the best trained athletes in any sport
