No, not at all possible. Only some orthopedic procedures requiring surgery can do so. this is bec height grows by growth at end of bones which becomes permanent by this age.

Actually, what u should do is to be psychologically more strong in NOT to perceive low height as a problem. Raise ur self-esteem. its just a God gift, genetically determined. You could be more fun and lovable by ur kind, helping and cheerful attitude than with what u perceive as a good height.

No it is not possible at all to increase the height after 25 years as the ends of the bones ossify completely by 18-19 years .the further growth of the bones cannot take place!!No exercises or medicines can increase the growth of bones afterwards.

biologically,our height stops after the age of 18-20 but according to me ,may be those scientists speak about legal age .don't get embarrass do like my cousin join a gym ,there ask ur personal trainer to suggest u some exercises to make ur height.naturally u never stop growing like trees until u don't get old like them and shatters with wind of autumn

No method is successful....don't be foolish and waste time or money considering it. A surgical procedure can be used but it is both expensive as well as painful...Just be what you are.
