If you have a lunch hour, then maybe you could spend part of it walking. You can always do little exercises at your desk, such as raising and lowering your legs; pulling in your abs and then releasing them. You could get up every 30 min. or so, stretch, and walk a bit.
I understand your problem, because I sit at a desk when I'm working and I, too, have gained weight over the last several years.

bounce your leg any time you remember to, I think it works.
Also, try not sitting in your chair, just above (i.e. your bum is hovering in the air and it really works out your thighs)
do push ups when no one;s looking
ahhahaha
that's all I can think of at the moment, google 'office exercise' and you are sure to find something. Hope this helps!!

o i have the same problem!!!!!!!!!i sit all day at work at the computer.............
***Eat a grapefruit for breakfast----it burns fat they say!!!!!!:0) it speeds up the metabolism----- drink lots of water!!!!!!!!
exersice after work---gym or go walk or run outside...play sports!!!!!
try to move around at lunch time----! or whenever u can....
RUN to the bathroom:) heh jk...........
salad for lunch is probably a good choice!!!!!!!!!:)
