Yes.
Judeo-Christian tradition has taught for thousands of years:
1. Single people should be celibate.
2. Married people should be faithful to each other.
The Catholic Church recognizes the power of sex when it teaches, "Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul."
Chastity means the successful integration of sexuality within the person. A chaste person's body and spirit lives in unity and opposes any behavior that would impair that unity.
Masturbation is contrary to the human dignity of the person and anyone about whom the person has lustful thoughts, and the dignity of human sexuality.
With love in Christ.

I hope not, or Im defintely going to hell for a long, long, long time. So is 99% of American men.
I guess anything that tastes or feels good is usually bad for you, which is a sin by default.
As for confessing..... thats a Catholic thing, not sure. I would think so because Catholics just figured out that the earth ISNT flat as previously thought.

Yes it is but a I expect a lot of scared people to be yelling "NOO OF COURSE NOT!!" out of fear. Everybody masturbates at times though, don't get worked up about it.

Actually I wouldn't say it is a sin. There really is no place in the bible where it actually states anything about masturbation being a sin. Read the bible and see for yourself.

The sin is in the thoughts behind your masturbation...an I would not go to confessional, you can go straight to the source. Jesus

I don't think so...you don't know whether...your priest...might be doing the same...and kept the secret ..from you & the church...so enjoy it and forget about confessing...

Nope, not a sin. God made those nerve endings to be enjoyed. Go for it. It's healthy.
