I think it means nothing, but still feel uncomfortable doing with some. The whole kiss on the cheek thing, does it mean anything to anyone?

Jerry Seinfeld had this problem in The Kiss Hello. Watch the episode it's pretty funny, but if you're not a fan, ask politely that it makes you uncomfortable or do it Jerry's way and block their face with the freezer door.

sometimes it means something to me but i like the lips nose and forhead better the cheek thing is kinda like i wanna be friends type of thing

It's a way of greeting for a lot of people.I don't do it with everybody either.
