I need to write this and post it on my neighboors door :/

"Por favor bajen el volumen de su radio/TV.
Es muy fuerte y causa muchas molestias.
Se los agradezco de antemano.
Muchas Gracias,
Su vecina."

translation:
Please lower the volume of our radio/TV.
It is very loud and becomes very bothersome.
I would truly appreciate it and
Thank you very much.
Your neighbor...."

"Por favor, bajen el volumen de la musica"

It depends, if you want to say it to one person say:

"Por favor baja el volumen de tu música" (Mexican spanish)
"Por favor bajá el volumen de tu música" (Argentinian spanish)
"Por favor baje el volumen de su música" (with recpect if is an older person)

If you want to say ir to two or more people say:

"Por favor bajen el volumen de música" (Mexican spanish, I suggest this)
"Por favor bajad el volumen de vuestra música" (Spanish spanish)
