have you ever been to a place called Sugarland, Texas? This is the best place in a world by a long shot.
Sugarland, Texas (near houston) is a town almost too good to be true. In Sugarland, everybody's back yard, instead of a fence, they have canals. you can literally Jet-ski to work. No traffic. It also has brand new schools and movie teaters as well as small things that make the day go by easier. every house already has sprinkler systems and other things of that nature. Also there are no 1-story houses in Sugarland, and the grass is green year round. Crime rate is low as are insurance rates. gas is cheap and so are houses. I went there for 2 weeks once to see relatives and i didn't want to go back home. This place is one step short of heaven.
