This is exactly what I do when I don't want to mess with my hair. After I get out the shower, I take Goldwell leave in conditioner (little pump bottle) and use about a half dollar size dollop for each half of my head and massage it in well. I leave it like that for 5 minutes after brushing it through my hair. Then I take mousse (not too much) and work it through my hair. I make sure I get the front of my hair especially since it frizzes faster. This makes the hair shiny and curly or straight if that is what your hair type is.

Shampoo and conditioner with jojoba oil flattens hair. SunSilk has some great stuff. It comes in the darker blue bottles.

i heard that a little bit of petroleum jelly( or vaseline) will calm down frizz, but don't use too much cuz it will look greassy.
A really good tip is- don't brush or comb your hair when it is dry, instead do it while it's still wet

leave a little (very little) conditioner in it when you get out of the shower. just don't rinse it all the way out.

put moose in it, or use that new hair shampoo and conditioner, like silk sumthing.
