Falling to my death. I believe it would be the absolute worst way to die because you are consciously helpless.

if you think about it and everything you will leave behind. Yes, we are afraid to die. I am however afraid to drive. I experienced 3 of them and I want nothing to do with vehicles.

I'm not afraid of death in the least. I am, however, severly arachnophobic.
