When I eat...such at a buffet, my stomach feels stretched and full. However, within minutes of leaving the restaurant or dinner table the inside still has the hunger rumble going. Are my eyes just bigger than my stomach??

I think that you should see a doctor, because it might be possible that you have a problem.

As an aside, this often happens to people when they eat Chinese food buffets (in North America) because the buffets are usually filled with starchy foods to make you feel full - like rice and noodles, and very sugary sauces. These fill you up temporarily, but provide little nutrition (protein, vitamins and minerals). Even the meats are coated heavily so that you are getting very little protein. If you want to stay full, you need to satisfy the dietary needs of your body.
Hope that helps.

Sometimes the hunger rumble doesn't actually mean hunger. You're probably eating a bit more than you should...you really shouldn't eat until you feel stuffed (stretched and tight). The slower you eat, the quicker you'll realize that you're full and the better off you'll be.
