A woman's cycle is 28 days, but is it 28 days from the first day of your period or from the last day of your period?

From the first day of your period -- but that's just an estimate. It's different from woman to woman and from month to month. Like, it could be 25 days, 28 days, 28 days, 29 days over the course of a few months.

I think it's from the first day of your period. But it isn't always 28 days. A lot of people's cycles are longer; they are often farther apart than 28 days.

It is 26 for some women and it is not set in stone sometimes it changes to 29, 30 or 24,25.

Last.. but it varies from woman to woman.. some women have 10 day gaps between and some can go up to a month without getting another period... it all depends!

lets say my periode starts around the 7th every month
if u have a stable periode it will start around the 7th on the next month
